Website

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. The only data collected are those automatically transmitted by your internet provider and the browser used (IP address, date and time, name of the URL, referrer URL, content of the request, HTTP status or access status, data volume transmitted, browser used, operating system, country of access, device type, browser language, and browser version). These data are stored by us for the duration of your visit and are evaluated solely for statistical purposes while maintaining the anonymity of individual users. No other personal data are stored, processed, or sold. The aforementioned data are also stored in log files for a system-relevant period. The use of this data helps ensure a smooth connection and the system security and stability of our website, and therefore represents a legitimate interest according to Article 6(1)(f) of the DSGVO. For the operation of our online presence, the technical infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (https://www.cloudflare.com/de-de/gdpr/introduction/) is used, with whom a data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded. 30 days after accessing the website and processing the data mentioned above, the server systems discard the IP addresses, making it impossible to establish a connection to you or your person. Therefore, we are unable to provide information about or make changes to the data, as the systems operate automatically and a proprietary algorithm determines whether an IP address is stored longer. Nevertheless, we explicitly inform you that you have the right to information, correction, blocking, deletion, data portability (where possible), revocation of any given consent, and objection to data processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria, the competent authority is the Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

Other Data

Data necessary for business initiation are stored outside the website in the form of email or telephone communication, as well as inquiries via our website’s contact form, for the duration of the conversation or for processing future inquiries. Data are only disclosed to security authorities or competent courts in the event of unlawful use. Additionally, some data may be stored for a longer period if legally required under data retention laws. As described above, you also have the right to information, correction, blocking, deletion, data portability (where possible), revocation of any given consent, and objection to the processing of your data. If you wish to have stored data deleted, changed, or disclosed, please contact us using the contact information provided above.
